Lititz Apothecary wants everyone in our community to be able to use our website and get the care they need, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech or cognitive disabilities.

What we are doing

Our ongoing work includes:

• Writing in plain language and using clear headings
• Adding text descriptions to meaningful images
• Designing pages to work with a keyboard and with screen readers
• Checking color contrast and text sizes
• Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility as we add them

Third-party tools

Some features on our website come from other companies, such as online forms, scheduling and enrollment tools. We do not control how accessible those tools are. If one of them does not work for you, contact us and we will help you another way.
