JuniorBiotic® offers probiotic support in a powder for children who do not swallow capsules.* It combines Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Lactobacillus reuteri with prebiotic fructooligosaccharides (FOS).

One level scoop, equal to one-half teaspoon, provides 18 billion CFU: 8 billion each of L. acidophilus and B. lactis, plus 2 billion of L. reuteri. The powder can be mixed into cool or room-temperature foods and beverages. It is free of wheat, gluten, corn, dairy, soy, and yeast.

Keep refrigerated. Vinco states that the labeled CFU amount is maintained through the final dose when refrigerated.

Keep out of reach of children. Consult the child’s healthcare professional before use, especially for infants, premature infants, or children with a weakened immune system or serious illness. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Toddlers and children: the manufacturer directs mixing one level scoop (one-half teaspoon) into juice, milk, water, applesauce, or another suitable food or beverage once daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. For infants, ask the child’s healthcare professional whether a probiotic is appropriate and obtain individualized dosing and administration instructions. Do not mix into hot foods or beverages.
