Night Calm®

Night Calm® is an adult nighttime formula featuring melatonin to support restful sleep.* Its citrus-flavored liquid offers an alternative to capsules and includes a graduated dropper for measuring the recommended serving.

One full 1 mL dropper provides 8 mg of melatonin plus a 45 mg proprietary blend of L-theanine, magnesium gluconate, passion flower, lemon balm, chamomile, and valerian root. The 45 mg is the total blend amount; individual ingredient amounts are not disclosed. The formula is free of wheat, gluten, corn, dairy, soy, and yeast.

Adults: take one full dropper (1 mL) 20 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Shake well before use. May be put on food or mixed with water or juice. A full dropper contains 8 mg of melatonin; ask your pharmacist whether a lower amount is appropriate for you.
